Why Add Insulation When I Already Have It?

First and foremost, it WILL save you money on your energy bill.

On Feb. 17, 2009  “The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009" extended the tax credits for energy efficient home improvements which expired in 2007.  Federal tax credits will be given for qualifying improvements made during 2010.

Residential customers can receive a tax credit of 30% of the cost of material when homeowners upgrade the energy efficiency of their home by adding our insulation.  The maximum cumulative amount you can receive for 2010 is $1500.  The residential applications that qualify for this credit are increasing the R-Value in existing home attic insulation, and other home improvements.

Until established funds run out, the City of Garland, TX has teamed up with Garland Power and Light, and is providing a one-time energy bill credit of 15 cents per square foot treated. This program is subject to funds available, so act now before it's too late!
